For almost thirty years I have accompanied women through some of the most significant moments of their lives.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor, artist, writer and creator of experiential therapeutic processes. My work brings together psychotherapy, creativity, relationship and lived experience, inviting women to move beyond simply understanding themselves towards genuinely experiencing change.

Over the years, my work has been shaped by many living questions: what helps women become more fully themselves; what becomes possible within a deeply engaged therapeutic relationship; and how creativity can take us beyond intellectual understanding into something felt, embodied and genuinely transformative.

These questions continue to shape the artistic and psychotherapeutic processes I create—inviting women to encounter more of who they are, and supporting counsellors and psychotherapists to become more fully the practitioners they already sense themselves capable of being.

My work is not about quick fixes or teaching people how to become someone else. It is about creating the conditions in which women can safely reconnect with parts of themselves that have been hidden, silenced or forgotten.

Alongside my work with women, I am passionate about supporting counsellors, psychotherapists and coaches who want to develop a more experiential, relational and creative way of working. I believe the practitioner is not simply someone who delivers techniques. Who they are, how fully they are present and what they are able to welcome into the room are integral to the therapeutic process.

Today, my work includes therapy, writing, painting, practitioner development, retreats, online learning and what I call Living Research—an ongoing exploration of relationship, ethics, creativity, presence and what it truly means to accompany another human being.
