For therapists who have been taught to disappear
Perhaps you were taught not to be too visible, too questioning, too knowing or too fully yourself.
Perhaps you learned that belonging depended upon restraint. That professionalism meant becoming quieter, smaller and more compliant. That naming power carried consequences.
Fierce As Fuck is for therapists who no longer want to disappear.
I work with qualified and experienced counsellors, psychotherapists and supervisors who want to recover and inhabit their full personal and professional potency.
There are three ways to work with me
Therapy for Therapists
A place where you can bring your own life, history, trauma, relationships, exhaustion and vulnerability without having to perform professional competence.
Here, you do not have to be the therapist.
You can arrive as yourself.
Practitioner Consultation
The Third Space
Real, confidential professional conversation around hierarchy, systemic power, organisational harm, ethical conflict, cultures of silence, professional depletion and the experience of being taught to disappear.
This is not therapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, an investigation or evidence gathering.
It is somewhere to think, speak and be met honestly.
Experiential Creative CPD and Practitioner Development
Substantial creative processes involving writing, imagery, embodiment, unconscious process, body wisdom, reflection, relationship and witnessing.
These are not art lessons, quick therapeutic exercises or another conventional qualification.
They are opportunities to discover more of who you are as a practitioner—and how much more fully you are willing to inhabit your work.
Working at the edge while holding the line
This work is about becoming more alive, more present, more discerning and more fully yourself.
It is about psychological freedom, authorship, relationship and the ethical use of power.
It is about refusing to cause harm.
And refusing to collude with the harm of professional restraint.
The Work
What Does It Mean To Be Fierce As Fuck?
Unshakeable Presence
Being able to stay fully present when something powerful is happening in the room.
Not rushing to calm it down.
Not moving away from it.
Not hiding behind technique.
Developing the capacity to remain grounded, human and deeply alongside another person without losing yourself.
Living Ethics & Boundaries
Exploring ethics and boundaries as something we live in relationship, not simply rules we follow.
Learning where you end and another person begins.
Knowing what is yours to offer, what is not, and how strong boundaries can make deeper, more honest therapeutic work possible.
Whole-Self Therapeutic Work
Examining how much of yourself — and how much of your clients — you truly allow into the therapeutic relationship.
Not abandoning your training or your ethics, but bringing more of your humanity, wisdom, instinct and truth into the room.
Creating the conditions in which both practitioner and client can become more fully themselves.

“When we soften the edges of who we are to remain comfortable, we limit how deep our clients can go. Real therapeutic depth requires a practitioner who is brave enough to stay awake, alive, and fiercely present.”

A Space for Counsellors & Therapists
You hold the work for everyone else—but who holds space for you?
This is a space for counsellors and psychotherapists who want to reflect more deeply on themselves, their practice and the therapeutic relationship—and who hunger for honest conversation, shared reflection and real connection with others doing this work.
You are welcome to join my private online community, where I will be present throughout the year. We can talk, ask questions, share what the work is stirring in us and hold one another as our work continues to unfold.
You will also find creative and experiential courses designed to help you encounter more of yourself and become more fully the practitioner you are in the room.
